The T300V is a coating thickness gauge with a bottom-illumination structure, specifically designed and developed by JPSPEC Instruments. Drawing on years of technical accumulation in X-ray fluorescence spectrometers and application experience in coating layers, this instrument boasts high cost-effectiveness and strong adaptability.
This model adopts the advanced FP algorithm and is equipped with high-speed digital multi-channel technology. When used for detecting metal coatings on various planar and curved parts as well as electroplating solutions, it has a low detection limit and stable performance. The detection limit can reach 0.005um. It is a practical film thickness gauge with a C-shaped cavity design that has received much acclaim from customers.
